Welcome to the demonstration site of Your League Web Site Software, developed by DPK Consutling Services of Brookfield Wisconsin. Take this site out for a test run and view some of the features.
This is the initial startup page, where you can enter in your league description and any other respective comments you would like your users to view.
Below in the main part of this page are some highlights of the system. When we implement this for your league you will be able to create these header items as well as detailed information under each category.
We are currently installing a NEW VERSION of the software as a result some pieces are not working at this time. Thx for you patients.

Features of this software include
 | • | One of the nicest features is the Online Registration process. We do not (at this time) accept payments, however just having the user enter their information and you can download it makes it quite nice for your player agents!! More information below.

| • | Real time standings update. As soon as you enter in a score, the standings pages are automatically updated.
|
| • | Is there a rainout, or need to add a new game. You can go to the schedule update and add game comments, or add a new game.
|
| • | Team pages for each team. This contains all the manager contact information, and your game schedule.
|
| • | Have a team sponsor? We display your sponsors image (if supplied), their contact name and link to their web site. Sponsors will love this feature.

| • | Umpire Scheduling. Enter in all your umpires, assign to games, display schedules on line by date or sort by name.
|
| • | Contact section for your league members easy access via e-mail or phone numbers for the proper board members of your league
|
| • | E-mail forwarding addresses for your league board members. For example, president@yourleague.com, vicepresident@yourleague.com.

Online Registration
| • | Users enter in their data, through an administration panel you download it to an excell spreadsheet, use the data as you wish with.
|
| • | .PDF files are created from the output for applications hard-copies. These can be used as a release form for parents to sign and send in a check for their fee.
|
| • | Add players to rosters via administration panel.
|
| • | Create Rosters reports for your teams.
|
| • | Track payments and applications received.
|
| • | Online form customization is available.
|
| • | The administration portion is not yet available on this test site.
|
Schedules/Standings- You have the option to:
| • | Add games via the online update site. This is where you can also enter in scores of games (and game comments) which will post directly to the standings and team pages for their respective schedule.
|
| • | Send us an excell spreadsheet (in our template format) for your schedules. This then builds the standings and game page schedules.
|
| • | Send us an Document of all games in the schedule. We can create a .PDF (adobe) format for your league members to print out. No more calls to the league officials for this info!!

Rainouts, Field Conditions
| • | Update the site field conditions if there are any rain-outs. Your users can go to the site for instant information. Select the Update navigation item to view.
|
| • | Add on the schedule comments if a game is rained out, also, add the rescheduled game (or modify the game date) when you become aware of the new date.
|
Umpire Central
| • | Schedule your umpires for games.
|
| • | Umpire list pages for your umpires to contact each other. (This page can be password protected)
