Below are the steps required for registration to the Your Sports League. If you already entered in your signon, enter in your e-mail address and password (that you used previously) in the Step 1 - Create Signon and click the 'Create signon' button.
After you enter each player you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you entered in during Step 1 - Creating a signon. Once the registration(s) are entered into the system you must 1) print the forms, 2) send copies to YSL signed 4) send check payable to Your Sports League 5) mail birth-certificate if new to the league.

| Step 2 - Enter Parent Information |
1) Select "Enter Parent Information" link below.

2) A Parental Information form will appear.
3) Fill out the parent information, and hit the submit button.

| Step 3 - Register a Player |
1) Select "Register a Player" link below.
2) A Player Information screen will appear.
3) Fill out the player information, and hit the submit button.

| Step 4 - Retrieve and print all forms for player(s) |
1) Click on the 'Retrieve Forms' link. This will bring up the forms on a new browser window.
2) Using the Adobe Print, print out to your printer.
3) Send to YSL
* check payable to Your Sports League for amount owed.
* birth-certificate if new to the league.
* signed copies of applications and waivers
